Mortise Locks

This home located in East Cleveland is a landmark in the Cleveland area.

The legendary John Rockefeller developed and built 84 marvelous homes in this neighborhood. All used mortise lock mechanisms on the front door.

We upgraded the cylinder with MUL-T-LOCK high security locks.

The mechanism that was put in around 1904 when the house was built still works great.

Called Advanced to my daughter's house that she just bought in Lakewood. They were original locks from 1920. Amazingly they still worked just not very well. Justin gave me a quoted, I approved it and he installed 3 new dead bolts and keyed them so one key can open and close all 3. He then made me 6 duplicate keys. All in about an hour. Justin was very professional and helpful in showing me some features of the old locks that I never knew (they haven't made them like that in many decades). Great job and 100% satisfied customer!
